My boyfriend lived at these apartments for a year, and it was awful. It was incredibly hard to find a place to park at times, and the smell from the apartments was UNBEARABLE. Smokers would stand in the hallways and smoke smell sank into his furniture. The maintenence crew was unreliable and didn't fix his sink for two months, despite repeated calling. Not to mention that last year a mother and her two children died in a fire at these apartments. They aren't very safe, have shoddy construction, and can be very loud. Avoid these at all costs.

I know the Pines to be a great place to live. I think I know the person that entered this comment, and they were evicted or not paying their rent. The maintenance staff is the best, and always is prompt and courteous.
