Was once bad, but now is good

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
In 2003-2004, this place was really turning into a dump, but now it has definitely sprung back under new management. Maintenance usually comes the same day I report a problem and they are very professional. Partiers in the parking lot have disappeared, sewers seem to have been opened up, and the pool is finally being well-maintained. The grounds are being watered daily, and it is really starting to show. My only gripe is poor water pressure on the 2nd floor, but considering the price, I am very satisfied with this complex.
