We just moved to the Norman area, and were so excited to find the Pines Apartments! The manager helping us was fantastic. ALL of the apartments we viewed had BRAND new carpet!! It is such a clean and peaceful place to live. The rates were right up our alley and ALL BILLS PAID is a definite plus. There were a few parking issues, but the Apartment Manager issued Parking stickers and resolved the problem promptly. Take a good look around town, and you will find The Pines is the best place to live.

OMG this has to have been posted by the newest manager. (the 3rd in less then 2 years) Parking stickers were issued. No regulation has been enforced. You still can't find a decent parking space because of the derelict cars taking up spaces. Security is becoming a growing issue. Groups of teenagers congregate in the parking lot at night making cat calls at anyone who passes by. There is guy who is ALWAYS standing outside one of the buildings as though he is selling crack. There have been improvements to the exterior of the buildings but few improvements other wise. The sewers back up and there is always an odor coming from the drains. The maintanance team has improved in attitude and friendliness. The newest office staff frankly, seems kind of stuck up and less friendly then in the past.

I agree totally with you. How do u get ahold of security I know there is one, I think? Noise is a issue here, especially at night
