We have had serious problems since the current management took over. We have always had problems with maintenance often ignoring our repair requests or not fixing them correctly the first time when they did answer. However, the current management's incompetence has taken the quality of these apartments to a whole new low. We pay rent a week early and were just served with an eviction notice due to "non-payment of rent." When proof was offered that we have paid, they brushed it off as a computer error and nothing to worry about and took a generally poor attitude about fixing an error this serious. To top it off, they posted the eviction notice on our neighbor's door, not ours. We have previously had to report problems with high levels of noise in the evenings from neighbors and their guests outside our unit, and problems with the neighbors and their guests physically blocking the door to our unit's foyer, and these complaints were "addressed" by a blip in the monthly newsletter posted on everyone's door. The problems have continued since then. Also, lighting is poor in the entire complex and it is generally unsafe at night. I would not recommend this complex to anyone unless they were truly desperate for a cheap place to live. We will be moving as soon as our lease is up this winter.
