Now, what is happening with this management company and their crooked, or embellising ways' Which one is it to have the fed's called in''''

I worked for mcsha, they are greedy people that think they are above the law. If you can help it, do not live at one of their properties

McSha is the worst property management company in Oklahoma. They are dishonest, greedy, incompetent and generally treat their tenants like crap. I hope they are put out of business.

It is interesting that all of these posts about the "FBI Rade" of McSha do not have follow up posts explainnig that they found nothing wrong with mcsha's operation, even with the excessive efforts taken to shut down the office for an entire day. Often times in the property management industry as with most industries, success breeds envy. This was a futile atempt by a disgruntled competitor to try to gain an edge over McSha. As for the irresponsible reporting of the local NBC affiliate in OKC, there is a reason they are not the top rated news cast in town. It is important to note that I am in no way affiliated with McSha, I've just followed the story, and find it humorous that people are using this as a reason not to live in one of their properties.

mchsa is slowly going under. i plan to see them go to hell and i'm the ----- with hand basket. i just moved here about 7/mo's ago from another state and its been nothing but huge mistake, and to top it off i worked for them for 31/2 days before they fired me for no reason, and just yesterday they fired a good friend of mine that was the maint. man here.

I have been waiting for my deposit return for 3 months now. They are rude when I call, very unprofessional, will not let me speak to a supervisor to complain. My calls are not returned. I was told that Dewayne Walker , the supervisor does not have e-mail or voice-mail. He also does not return my calls.

Completely agree with all of the above, McSha is the most poorly run management company I've ever experienced after living all over the U.S. They are unprofessional, underhanding, and well known for falsifying documents for their financial gain. You are better off living out of your car.

i have been waiting for my 800 dollar deposit and still have not received it. they don't return my calls and they keep playing a game. thinking about taking it to court, if anybody that has not received their deposit, email me at wazzup_marc187@yahoo.com, considering hiring a lawyer, with the more people not receiving their deposit, its better to team up

Just to clear up a few things. For the third response: One of the competitors did not cause this mess for McSha. McSha being dishonest and creating phony companies is what got them in trouble. For the last response that posted 11/12/07, McSha has never had a deposit that was 800 dollars.
