As a tenant to this complex, it absolutely blows my mind how
unorganized, incompetent and down right stupid the management is, but
wait, what management' There is someone new everytime I call, and the
first thing they say is, "well I'm new and I'm not sure", "I'll get it taken care of"
and then THEY DON'T. We had paid bills, they said were never paid, we
showed receipts and they said "OH, I'll get that corrected", Even said we didn't pay
the rent and we had to show them cancelled check! Mistake after
mistake and oh ask them about what utilities you are responsible for, they
lie about that too! Then when you move out, you can't even get them to
call the water dept to cancel charges on your account. And water dept has to have
info from Twin Creeks to cancel. Again, for your own sake DO NOT EVEN think
about renting from this management or McShea whatever it is. It is very very stressfull
when you have to pay and the prove you paid because of their incompetence! bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

Just to clarify so that there is no confusion, when a resident moves in they sign a Utility Addendum that if read explains that the water, trash & sewer bill is done through a Ratio Utility BIlling System. It is a bill seperate from rent that is mailed to you every month from RUBS, not from the city. So if you tried to call the city to cancel your service, this would not work and that is also why the office would not cancel your service through the city. And as far as the office goes, the onsite employees do change quite often because they get promotions and their place has to be filled with someone new. This process occurs at any place of business, as expected, it takes time to train someone filling the new position.

there is no such thing as promotion within mcshit, only demotions.

I agree! Mcsha properties suck! I have lived at Twin Creek for almost a year and I am sick of them, if it didn't cost a small fortune to break my lease I would!

That is SOOO FUNNY! These incompetents are continually being promoted every six weeks???? I had to pay electric service for two months after I moved out because the MGMT wouldn't call the electric company to verify that I had moved out.
