Calling from Kansas City, I was told they didn't accept pets over 20 pounds. Then a DIFFERENT apartment company told me that Twin Creeks was one of the few places that would take such a pet. Talking to a differnt person on the phone confirmed this. Drove down to take a look . Manager tried to show us a unit. We walked across the street and when we got there she said "I don't have the Keys". so we waited until finally she asked "Did you want me to get them'''" Making this short (I could go on forever) they wouldn't take a rent payment until we moved in ''' So my wife had to drive down alone without me to get the keys. I got there at 4 AM and someone else was in "our" unit. I walked the entire complex until I accidentally ran into my wife in the parking lot. She had to sleep in the car to try to catch me. "Our unit was mow across the street and smelled like feces. I had a moving van showing up on Monday and I didn't want to live in this sewer unit. They claimed that the unit they showed us was only an "example". (So I put down a deposit on a pot luck apartment''')If the manager's manager hadn't happened to be the daughter-in-law of my realtor (She came out on a Sunday and Found us another unit) I don't know what we would have done. The enclosed stairways echo like a bass drum when the neighbors from hell went up and down. Had to move again to an upstairs unit. What a nightmare!!!

i feel your pain. sadly, you'll probably find all of tyler to have the same attitude. "your problem - not mine".
