What a Headache!

We moved out in July of 2008 after a fairly ok stay. We even renewed our lease while staying there. Aside from a few noise problems, it wasn't bad. It was after we moved that all the problems started. We turned in our keys on July 3, 2008. By the middle of August we hadn't heard anything back concerning our security deposit, so I called the office. The lady I spoke with was very nice, told me everything was in order, and that I should receive the refund soon. About four weeks later, called and spoke with another person (the office turn-over rate is insane). All I kept hearing was that the previous managers hadn't done their job, blah blah blah, it was blamed on the so-called "new management" (which I am pretty sure was just a name change, as the address of their corporate offices and the name of the districr GM didn't change)So, very long, painful story short, I was reduced to calling once a week. I even called the corporate office. And, five months later, I was finally able to go pick up my refund check. I don't know what the problem is, but after reading other reviews, I would def say they are unorganized. If you do decide to rent here, I would suggest you get everything in writing, and get a copy of everything you (and they) sign!!

This person didn't also mention that they would bang on the ceiling with a broom or turn the stereo up so loud things would shake off our tables onto the floor. This person was impossible to deal with and the children upstairs we very young. The parents did all they could and the office knew this. Yes...that is apartment living...They also didn't mention that the husband poored beer on half the residents car. It's only nice if you don't make noise around that person.
