The WORST apartment I have ever lived in

I have only been here for less than one month and I can tell you DON'T move here!! Krystina and the other lady in the office don't know what the hell they're doing. I turned in the paper I was given to fill out with things I saw in the apartment that needed fixing. I had several things wrong but for two weeks nothing was ever done until I went to the office in person. The lady I gave this list to just put it in my file and that was it. And when the maintenance man came he didn't do a damn thing. I called them back and told them again what needed fixing. We'll see if it gets done. I moved in two days before the first of the month and was sent a bill for $1.95 for the electricity I used. How petty. Then they sent me a bill saying my deposit check bounced. According to my bank it didn't but I wrote them another check PLUS a $25 late fee. Well, somehow they never did put the depost check through the first time, they put it through WITH the second check I wrote them and one of them bounced. I will deal with them tomorrow on this one!! I waited two weeks for my mail box key. I was always asked if I put in a work order for one. I told them I asked for a key but they should put in the work order. I was told there were connections for full sized washer/dryers. Well, the area for this was made for stackable ones. To use full sized washer/dryer one needs to get an extension cord to plug in the washer, and you need to buy a 12 foot hose to connect the dryer, and buy an extra long dryer cord to replace the normal size one in order to plug the dryer in. I didn't know this so my washer/dryer are in this area with the vent coming into the apartment and the dryer turned sideways so I can plug it in. I need a stool to step on to reach across the dryer to get clothes out of the washer, and tongs to reach the clothes in the dryer. This management team doesn't know how to manage. I am only here because it was the only place that would take large dogs. Believe me, I will be out when my six month lease is up!!
