This is the worst apartment complex to rent from. The ladies in the office are clueless. The maintance people arent very bright either. Whe had a water leak and they came to look at it and said they fixed it. Then the people above us had a water leak that ran down into our unit and filled our light fixture. We got home at 11:00 pm to find this called the (emergancy line) what a joke. We called 5 times in one night later the next day no one still had returned our call so we called the office at about 4:00 pm they said well go check it out. The next day they came out and (fixed) the leak and cleaned it all up. Yeah right all they did was empty the light fixture. Now a couple of weeks have passed and there is mold growing all over the house. We called them they said ohh its just mildew. Okay Im no mold expert but it sure isnt mildew. Its black and hairy looking. We called them and told them about this fungus growing they were quick to say come by the office to sign a letter of release. I told them I'm not signing that, why should I have to sign something if it isnt mold' We continued to complain they had the manager from Mcsha come out to look at they granted us premission to break our lease. So we said okay well be out as soon as we find another place to live, since I had a large dog that isnt very easy to find somewhere to live. 3 weeks passed and we told them we were leaving they said its too late to exercise that option. So I have contacted my attorney and we are going to leave and sue them. Since the mold has been growing my wife and I have had constant head aches and sore throat. Hmm does mildew do that' Our car was broke into after we had lived there after 2 weeks. The parking is a joke there are people that own 3 cars and park all of them under the car port leaving limited space for the rest of the people. Then people that dont even reside there park under the car port so no parking is avaiable. There is other parking, but its dark and real easy to get your car broke into there. Very trashy people and loud. The security company BOYD is the biggest joke ever. He drives through so fast couldnt see anything that was happening. Called them a couple of timed about fighting and bottles being broke outside, they never showed up. With the problems and incidents that happen at this complex its like living in the ghetto. If you like living in the ghetto move here you'll love it. If not DO NOT LIVE HERE ITS A NIGHTMARE.

I came down with pneumonia after two weeks. I know it was the mold - thats' the only thing that gets me so ill. My unit has never had a ray of sunlight fall on it and you have to walk through puddles from broken water lines to get in the door.

Twin Creeks keeps getting best apartment complex of Norman because they Mcsha gets their employees to fill out the surveys! I know because I was one of them. Read the reviews and they will tell you what kind of property it is... HORRIBLE!!
