They tried to EVICT me over $0.63! I showed them my recipts, they said it could not be fixed since it was in the pc. Also, read EVERYTHING before signing!!! STAFF: seems there's a new person every week. MAINTAINENCE: Nothing done for weeks. Repairs not completed right. (from April-Oct. my aircond. went sometimes a week or two without cool air in the heat of summer. Holes patched up wrong from previous tenants. Front door warped where bugs can enter. OH, and the fan/light to my stove FELL OFF because the wood that supported it was ROTTEN!) LOCATION: Noise(I could hear the neighbors conversations, cabinets, and footsteps), dogs not always on leashes, kids not always supervised, too much noise when landscapeing was done. They didn't HONOR the prices that were on forrent.com, but there is a sign outside that says to check it out. When I brought that to their attention, they said that the sign wasn't supposed to be their and that they would take it off...(It is still there a year later.) All in all, the only thing I like about these apartments are the square footage.
