I lived here for 6 months and was so happy to get out. I had a ton of spider issues (within 2 months I had at least 20 spiders). That was about the only bad thing until I moved out. I moved out in October and its March and I have yet to receive my deposit back. I have called several times and there is new mgmt every time I call. I finally went in and found out that they are charging me 300 bucks for the days that I had my key I think it was 14 days. I had talked to previous mgmt and they said I didn't have to worry about the 14 days of rent and just to pay my last month. There is absolutely no communication between old mgmt and new mgmt. They offer covered parking but thats not always the case. There were several times I had to park in the visitor parking versus in front of my apartment. My boyfriends truck also got broken into there. I would not recommend living here whatsoever but that is my take on it. Hope this helped.
