Dislikes:I recommend getting a top floor apartment if you want to avoid hearing your neighbors stomping about above you. The walls within the apartment are very, very thin so you can hear everything your roomies say/do. Don't bother to call the courtesy manager on weekends about noise; he's likely drunk and contributing to it. Parking is a problem, especially on weekends and during football season. Prices for leases will be going up to include all utilities except internet starting Summer/Fall 2005. Lots of very noisy retards live here.
Likes: Somewhat affordable, fully furnished apartments with individual leases. Good location-very close to campus. Extended cable programming is included in the rent.
