I moved out because the Commons is dangerous, loud, and the apts have humid, dirty air with old furniture and carpet in most of the rooms. There have been numerous break-ins and no floor or building is safe because security is low. You have to ask yourself why there are panic buttons in every room in the first place. Consult the Norman Transcript online (Norman's newspaper) for reports of robbery, shootings, and other violence that has been documented. The panic buttons do nothing more than set off a siren in your building. They do not notify authorities or do anything but annoy people. The management is not cooperative, it is mostly comprised of ignorant college students who pretend they know what they're doing, and upper management that gets really impatient with people. It is overpriced, and once I started shopping around at other places I realized just how much you are not getting at the Commons that you could find cheaper and with more quality. The Commons is a place that seems its best when you first move in, but the flaws and reality of danger and paying too much for what you get come through and get worse each month.
