The Commons On Joke Tree... These apartments are not worth living in. The plumbing stays stopped up and they tell you they will fix it..but huh.. NEVER .BUT they do want that rent on time. yeah boy..Just turn in a request to get things fixed and we will be there within 24hours.. That is what they tell you when they are giving you the TOUR of the FIXED up apartment that they show you. The staff they tell you all 1/2 truth.. I think that is a requirement for employment at this Place.. It beats anything I have ever seen in my life. This is NOT a place for a STUDENT to live to go to school. They should call this PARTY TIME APARTMENTS... That would be a better name for them. The Internet service is VERY VERY poor. YOU can count on your Electric to be higher because the DRYER will never dry your clothes and THEY will not fix it. I have nothing good to say about the whole experience. The Furniture is bad, the floors are bad, the appliances are bad. If there is a ZERO rating that is what they get.
