I live there, and my roommates were coming each night drunk and partying, and couldn t study at all, and the apartment management never helped about this issue. They just say it is between roommates you guys should compromise, they just care about getting their money that is it. Additionally, they have a horrible rule for terminating the contract: If you want to move out, you have to find a replacement and then pay 300$ fine!! I mean if I am the one finding the replacement why I still have to pay fine! Also, if you want to move around one have to pay 350$ fine again! That amount is ridiculous. What kind of paper work can cost 350$. It is the worst management and place I have ever lived in Norman.
