Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
If your not a student then don't move here. There are parties at all hours of the day and night and the management doesn't seem to care. They won't do anything about the kids or the trash that they leave. The amount of money that you pay is just not worth the hassel you have to go through to live there.
