Yes Sterling is alittle expensive but you get what you pay for. It is way better than University Commons!! If I had a choice in which complex to live Sterling would win by far. Things arent always going to work and at least they fix the important things in a timely manner. I live at Sterling now and you don't have to have their internet. It's an option you choose!! Sometimes people can be way to picky!!!!!! On a scale of 1-10 Sterling is a high 7.
