I have lived at Sterling for a year now. It is my 3rd apartment since I have been in college, and if I wasn't graduating and moving on, I would probably stay here. It is a *little* expensive (I currently pay $350/month for the larger 1 bedroom in a 3 bed/2 bath). However, the apartments are in really great shape, and I realized how much money I am saving by not having to buy an OU parking permit (I ride their shuttle van) and by not paying a cable bill since DirecTV is free. Also, you save a little money on your water bill...ours runs about $7 per person, per month. The washer/dryer in the apartment is a GREAT plus, and as I said before, the apartment was in absolutely immaculate condition when we moved in. The office staff is nice, but since there are so many people who work over there, I have gotten several different answers to various questions depending on who you talk to. I've found it best just to find one of the full-time staff each time I go in. Anyway, as I said, I would live here again. Just keep in mind this is the way things are. I never used the pool or hot tub, because I did witness a few shady activities in it and it grossed me out, but it also got cleaned periodically.
