Where is Cheree' I have wondered this for a while. I have lived here for 3 years and I have never felt so horrible about where I live. The internet doesn't work and when I called the office to talk about compensation for the internet b/c it hasn't worked since August 2005 and we are paying for it every month, Katherine tried to calm me down and do what she could but then she said she can't give refunds for the internet but I could call and talk to the Area Manager-Shannon. I asked if I could talk to Cheree and I found out she doesn't work here anymore. Why'''''''''''''' She was the reason I signed a lease in the 1st place. College park is cheap and they will constantly call you about a delinquent balance of $1.28 but the internet has SUCKED since August.
P.S. I called to speak to Shannon and she never returned my call. Apparently, she is just like the company, she doesn't care!
At least Sterling cared!
