I've lived here since august of 2005. From the start the experience has been an absolute hell. When I moved in, the office tried to shaft us by not supplying multiple items of furniture that they were supposed to (entertainment unit, coffee table). They tried to lie their way out of it, but after alot of yelling they finally agreed to give us the furniture we had signed for in our lease agreement.

To make matters worse, our fridge had no shelves in it, what so ever. They said they would fix it in a day. Two weeks later they finally fixed it.

On top of that, one of my roommate??s doors was the wrong size for the frame, and my key didn??t work in my door. It took their extremely incompetent and somewhat mentally disabled maintenance staff four tries to get me the right key, and over a month to get the right door for that frame. They brought up the wrong sized door THREE TIMES! How hard can it be to use a tape measure' For the greens maintenance staff, it is apparently very hard.

Things just got worse from there. We would have periods of time where the Internet wouldn??t work for two weeks, at all. Or our DirecTV service would be randomly shut off for a week. During the week before and during finals we had no Internet. The dimwitted front office staff could only shrug their shoulders and give a blank vacant minded stare when asked when the Internet would be fixed.

The plumbing here is also horrid. It took a month to get the maintenance staff out here to fix my running toilet. My sink in my bedroom is always backing up too. And if you like hot showers, forget about it here, not a chance of that happening.

Our heater has also been broken the entire time we have been here, and the office refuses to fix it, since they aren??t paying the electric overages on it. The last time maintenance came out, they basically called my roommate a "dumb woman" that wouldn??t be able to understand the complexities of a heating unit. Who wouldn??t want to live in such a friendly environment'

The office tries to use extortion with glee. They wont notify you about money you owe from electric and other things sometimes till one day before it is due. If you can??t get it in that day, then they take on $35 to the amount owed, and more for each day you don??t get it in.

Overall the office staff can be simply described as mentally handicapped. I'm not kidding, they are really that dumb, it boggles the mind sometimes. The grounds are unsafe (there was a robbery at gunpoint last month). My car has been hit twice now in the parking lot by a hit and run, and that happens to a lot of people here. And finally, the hot tub is always broken, and all the equipment in the workout room is too.

The greens are an awful value for your money. I wouldn??t recommend it to anyone. Please, take my advice and live anywhere else, even if it costs more. You will regret living here, I promise you that.
