This apartment complex costs $450 a month for a 3-bedroom/3-bathroom. Everything else is free of charge, except for electricity, which they pay $30 per person (so most months I ended up paying an extra $15 on my rent).

The personal bathroom is nice and the shuttle to the South Oval rocks. However, there are some problems with the staff that made me never want to go back there again. First, the free high speed internet is slow and sometimes does not work at all. I compared it to a beefed up dial-up service. After months of nonexistent "upgrades" I decided to get SBC DSL with my roommates.

Also, they lied to us about the rent. Originally we were told that in the fall of 2006 we would end up paying less than $450 because of rebates. In the spring we were told that to keep paying $450 the next year we would have to resign our lease early, otherwise we would pay extra.

Also, it took the maintenance team 1 month to fix our washer/dryer and several other little annoyances.
