Living here is a nightmare. I pay $435 to live in a "master bedroom" which is roughly equivalent to the size of a dorm room. The "utilities" included in rent is a $30 electric cap per lessee that you WILL go over by as much as $50. Electricity should not cost over $90 for a three bedroom apartment. The internet is not high speed. It is a little faster than 56k dial-up. Staff frequently told residents throughout the year that all of various problems (internet, consistent issues with billing errors) would be fixed "next week". Staff also said staffers who were not renewing their lease were being let go and evicted in May. Staff also said that many leasees would not be receiving their deposits back, regardless of the condition of the apartment. You are wasting your money coming here and even the college aged staff who works here will tell you this off the record. Check the Better Business Bureau webpage to see just how bad of a company that College Park Communities are. I have sent an email detailing all complaints about the Greens and received no reply from corporate, because they likely do not care. DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE.

On top of that, some mornings (like this one), they do not have a driver scheduled for their shuttle. I am forced to miss class because their genius management team doesn't know what they're doing. Reiterating, DO NOT LIVE HERE.
