I lived with my sister we came to move out and no one knew what they were doing. She asked to talk to the manager about problems she had in our apartment and whether or not she was going to get her deposit back. He just kept jumping from one office to the other and would never come talk to us. We finally left and she called back a couple of days later. He was too busy to talk to her because he was on a call with "important" people according to the office staff. We went up a couple of days later to move one of her sorority sisters in for the summer and he was screaming at everyone. I'm not sure the owner's do random drug testing but it may be wise to start there. He gives me the creeps! We moved to a college property one that treats you like a person and run by normal people not CARNIES!
