I had lived there for a period of two weeks and saw immediatly why it was a waste. My two friends havent recieved the deposit back and the electric bill was crazy. The staff is slow and they enter your apartment when your gone. You wont get anything back nor out of the management. They even chared my friend $1000 each to clean the living room carpet tin which they said they had to replace. It is not a good deal, I would not want my enemies to live there and deal with that manmagement.

Obviously, the person above is not an English major at OU. However, I do agree strongly with the comments they made about the deposits. I lived there for 3 years and loved it until the last couple of months. I was told by the manager (The older bald guy that is really lowd) I would get my deposit back if I cleaned my apartment really well. I had professionals come in and clean the apartment and carpet. I had been told by multiple people that my apartment was nicer than the show apartment even before the cleaning. I got a bill for $800 . When I called the manager he said that the property was incuring some additional fees and that the price of gasoline had increased their labor charges. That was the biggest pile of crap I'd heard all week and I deal with criminals on a daily basis. Well now I know how he is paying for that great movie theatre HE is putting in. I have a feeling he would bruise a wrist if he had to lift a hammer. He needs to stick with the little sassy zig zag motion and snap that he is so good at flailing around everyone. I told him I got an attorney and he responded to me that he is tight with the legal team for GMH what ever that is. I do wonder why he is so close, it can't be a good thing, right?
