Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I lived in the Greens last year and it was a terrible experience. The internet they provided was always out, there was mold everywhere, we would get charged electric overages no matter what, even over winter break when no one was there. The management is a joke, don't expect a thing from them. The heating/air worked fine in the living room/kitchen but not so much in the bedrooms. It wasn't a horrible place to live, just for the price you can do much better. Oh and the hot tub never had water in it.
