I just moved in here this past August and signed because of the service the manager gave me and now College Park keeps changing stuff around because they want to promote people in and out of here and send them places like California. I mean we have had incidents since this lady took over here and the bad lady from next door who I thought got fired or something came back to help. Noice and vandalism and guns and all the manager says is ok...ok....and is calm as can be.....and believe me nothing gets done. She is always in the office or at lunch and I am breaking my lease to move to get some service. The other manager had nothing but service as a concern and then we have someone with no experience at all here.....atleast promote the assistant now or something he acts like he cares and get rid of the lady next door who runs everybody off, what is the company thinking' bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

My thoughts exactly, it is amazing to me to see the people who took care of me our now gone. What is the decison maker thinking, Amanda and Ryan, Annie, Danny I mean there used to be good things come from the office. Bonnie was awesome and the new manager took that away. The theater had an awesome thing going with new movies and it showed all week long, the new manager took that away becasue Kevin said she did not want to mess with it. I don;t understand the mess up there now, it used to run great. Someone please help!
