When I moved in... they gave me all that ---- about getting me a clean apartment but guess what... it is so damn dirty. the carpet was soooo dirty. Also my TV worths $1500 was missing and the police and the management do not give a damn about it. I dont know was it my roomate or someone from the apartment office stole it because I have heard that they do enter your apartment when you are gone.
So never ever stay here! Bad service and just not worth it! ALso... the policeman who came to my house to take down my statement showed us how easy it is too pick the room's door with a credit card... yes, just with a credit card you can pry open a door. Trust me... it is just not worth it.

This person is right the new manager sucks donkey. The last manager had too much energy but at least he took care of his ----. He was cool with everyone and had a high respected presence and you never heard of ---- being stolen or apts being broken into. My suggestion is to call the corporate office of College Park and report her and then call the Police Chief and report the cop for being so blunt on the break in methods.

I love living here!!! Never had any problems....management and staff are always nice when we come in....free food....fun environment

I was scared to leave any electronics here over the breaks. My roomate pushed on our closed front door thinking it was open (long story) and the entire frame around the door cracked. It had been shoddily glued together after another incident in the past (scares me!) so all anyone would have had to do is just push our door to get in! So many other things have happened too, but I can attest to how dirty they are. I had to wait 3 days for them to replace the carpet in my bedroom because it REEKED so badly of urine (and they said the apartment was clean!). The edges of the floor in the kitchen where black--we thought they were just old and stained, but no, one day we took a mop to it and it came off--they didn't even wash the floor before we came in!
