The first problem I had with them: they told me the wrong move in date and didn't have an open apt. for me so I had to unpack, prorate my old apt. and pack again 10 days later- they never even tried to help me prorate one of the open apartments there!! After they told me everyone has the same move-in dates!

Second problem: I recieved an EVICTION letter b/c they claimed I was sneeking around with my puppy and had not paid the $400 dollar pet deposite and had not paid the subsequent $15 MONTHLY charges... What happened is they lost my paper work, so I had to get a reciept from my bank proving they took my money upon move-in then told them I was not goin to pay the monthly back-charges until they showed me where I signed saying I would pay them-it was not in the lease. Also, they lost my rent check multiple times, and my electricity bill for one month. (that I had to present a receipt for)

Third problem: They allowed for a former employee to make duplicate keys of an apartment that was NOT THERES, allowed them to have 2 OTHER people, not on the rent to stay with them. Also allowed for the individuals to keep a dangerous breed of dog (that in the lease is not even allowed!)to stay with them and NOT pay the pet deposit. All this continued until corporate was informed of the situation. At this time the manager allowed for the individuals to relocate and continue the behavior in the new apartment after corporate had quit the investigation. Oh and the background checks they do are very questionable b/c the known former employee was CONVICTED of statutory rape a couple of years ago!!

forth problem: they tell you the apt. are suppose to be "like new clean"- i had old FOOD in my pantries when I moved in, and everything was filthy with dirt and dust over and in all the vents!

fith problem: the furniture could be bought at walmart in the put-together-yourself section!

sixth problem: they will replace things in the apartment, charge you an unreal price, and never even inform you that it needs to be done until they've already done it and slapped you with the charge. (example-cheap blinds: $35 EACH)

seventh problem: parties all the time and beer bottles, TRASH, food, etc. is constantly littering the grass- it very rarely gets picked up and the problem has never been fixed!

eighth problem: you need to run the dryer twice for one load of laundry, the same concept applies for the microwaves-- great icemaker though!! ;)

if your a girl- the maintenance will respond fast at least ;)--creeepy

That is only the MAIN things they will screw up on.
