The rooms are extremely small, the furnishings are cheap, the general condition of the apartments are worn - even after updates. Our apartment had toilets not properly secured to the floor and mold growing under the caulking. The noise level is high and the management will not do anything about parties - if you complain nothing is done. You get warnings from the office if you park near the office; however, there is no indication that parking is short term or for office use. There is security at the apartment complex but has been ineffective - a girl was approached at her car & followed to her apartment & would have been robbed without quick thinking. Nothing is done to remedy dangerous conditions in walking areas during the winter months. Mail has come up missing from boxes and important overnight mail has been left at the apartment front door rather than the office holding the items. Upon leaving the complex, you are charged with fees not outlined in the lease.
