The day I moved into this place I had issues. My furniture didn't match, you'd think that wouldn't be a big deal to get fixed, especially on the first day, but when I called they were really rude and said they couldn't do anything about it. that was total b.s. The place allows pets, which I love dogs, but people never picked up after their pets so if you walked on the grass you were likely to step on dog poop. The rooms are really small. The living room isn't too bad as far as size but all the furniture in the entire apartment is cheap. The workmanship in the apartment is crappy. The parking is fine but I didn't feel safe going into my apartment at night. Also lots of people have parties there(its a college apartment) but these parties often flow out into the parking lots and if you're a girl you'll get those cat calls coming in late at night. I is really noisy on the weekends because of the parties. Me and my friend decided to go pot-luck with our other 2 roommates and, although we did a matching form, they put us with girls that were seniors when we were sophomores and one of them was a smoker, when we specifically requested non-smokers. The management is soooo rude and disorganized and don't give a crap about your apartment issues. The reason we lived here was because it was cheap-that was the only good thing about it-and we got what we paid for.
