when it rained the whole water seeped into into the dining room of my town house.
everything is old ....carpet stinks...
even after they came to know about the seepage they changed just the dining room and the living was looking gross with patch work...maintainence was very very very poor.
the best thing about this apartment is paint the exteriors to make it look new...so they can find new victims.....
