I lived here for about a year and a half and I rented without seeing the property so I could have had way worse (have you SEEN Pepper Tree'''). First of all, they had a second pool when I moved in, right near my apartment and it is SO hot in OK during the summer I was really happy to go swimming...well, they closed that up and claimed for about a year they were going to fill it, and never did...they claimed something wasn't right with the pool. Second, the maintenance wasn't great. Sure you would get your work ordered FILLED but it wouldn't be done right...they would just disconnect stuff and call it fixed. I had black dirt coming out from my vents all over my computer desk and that was NEVER fixed. I was told something like, I was imagining it, they never found a problem. When my garbage disposal broke I was told just to not use it...The closets were nice and big, but the rugs and cabinets could have been updated. My air conditioner and heat barely worked and my bills were always outrageous! The final straw was when I found like a 4-inch long slug stuck to my living room wall. It was just creeping along there...don't know how it got in, but I was pretty disgusted. Like I said though, Norman has WAY worse...
