Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
At first we were happy there but the longer we lived there, the worse it got. We had VERY noisy neighbors below and next door and the management just didn't care. There was a nasty old pool behind our apartment; they just closed it and nver did another thig with it. Eventually, we slipped the management a note saying that it was an eyesore so they finally filled it. When we moved in and 2 other people in the office again just before we moved out we asked if we still got the carpet cleaning fee refunded if we cleaned the caroets ourselves. They said yes on three different occasions and then did not refund the $50. We were pretty pissed.
