to begin, they forgot we were coming to move in, so we had to wait until the next day and move our furniture without help. during the first month our toilet, bathroom sink drain, dishwasher, and garbage disposal went out. when they put in a new toilet, they didn't do it right, so it rocks back and forth. when they fixed the sink, they forgot to shut off the water, so it sprayed onto the floor, and got everything under the sink wet. the worst thing was our second week there when we had a maggot hatching on our kitchen floor. they came up from the tiles and covered the floor, crawling all over the place. it was disgusting. much of the equipment in the workout room is broken, and the room is also poorly ventilated, so it usually stinks. people also smoke marijuana in the bathrooms near the workout room. half of the washing machines are broken. its near train tracks and a hospital. i hear sirens constantly. lastly, when our truck was broken into on the premises, we called them to let them know about the incident, and they never called back. this is not the place for grad students.

Make sure you get pictures before you move out. These people love to make up lies to keep your deposit. They tried to claim I owned a pet, and I never had one there. Report them to the state attorney general if they burn you too. If enough people complain, maybe they will shut them down.
