Today we found out that the people above us can aparently make any noise they want and that because we find them loud and have called to complain with the after hours security as well as having filed a noise complaint dockeet againt them which is going to prosecution that we are the ones supposedly being harrassing. They still havent fixed the stair case other then to replace every other stair it looks like it is going to fall evenutally.

That does not surprise me. The management there is outrageous. I am a former renter, and when I moved out, they claimed I owned a pet, AND I NEVER DID! They charged my deposit for pet damage. They were just taking advantage of the fact that I moved out of state, and would not likely drive back 1500 miles to solve the problem. I would contact the state attorney about these people. I already have, and with enough complaints, maybe the state will prosecute these people. If you are interested in forming a class action lawsuit, just reply to my message. Good luck, you are definitely going to need it there.

I am very interested in a class action. Their own rules state 3 offenses and you are out. I have called their after hours officer at least 5 times and the police at last 5 times. Thats 10 and I have turned in evidence of my docket as well as all of my 911 complaints with responding officers and such. I also let them know today that the mediation was canceled due to lack of response from their own tenate above me so that the city maybe looking to prosecute so far my call placed at 8:30 am this morning leaving a message for the apartment manager has yet to be returned and it is nearly 12:30 pm. I suppose I could call her back but this is so far my 3rd call to her left unreturned as well as a email left unanswered by whom of all people is her mother as the general manager of the property's owners office. Go figure mother - daughter tag team no wonder nothing gets done.
