I lived in these apartments for a year. I had my good times and my bad. Unfortunately at the end the bad out numbered the good. First off I HAVE to say that the management was awesome. When I had a problem they came to check it out that day. And, it was fixed fully within the week. Okay now on to the bad. The walls are THIN. You hear EVERYTHING that each of your neighbors does. Most of the time it's a quiet complex, but there were a few weeks where there were many parties. And, do not expect to get much sleep during this time. I moved into these apartments because rent was cheap and they had a washer and dryer. Well it turned out they were cheap in many ways. The ceiling has a leak stain on it from the dryer vent.

OH.....the worst thing about these apartments is the bug problem. They were constantly having to spray for roaches. Then when summer rolls around you add ants and spiders to these other nasty creatures. It is not a pretty picture. But, there were relatively few problems with the neighborhood and parking was usually great unless one of those rare parties were going on. So if you want a SMALL cheap place this is the place for you. :)
