We lived in the smaller building (the town houses) on the eastern side of the property. My apartment it's self was very nice, spiral staircase, fireplace, backyard, although the kitchen is unbelievably small, and no pantry space. But, if you don't cook it should be fine for you. (I should also note that I lived in the one and only apartment with a backyard) It's a good place for one person or a couple, there are two bedrooms, but the second is an over-looking loft, so no privacy. Maintenance was always polite and very quick, and the management was fairly accommodating. I never had any problems with bugs or other pests. Overall, I've enjoyed living here.
However, the quality of people living here is something else. My neighbors were very obviously dealing drugs. The people who lived directly beside me were noisy, trashy, and liked to write nasty things on the side walk in front of their apartment. I actually found out there was a registered sex offender living in our apartment complex. The police were called/showed up on a weekly basis. In fact, a few times they just parked and walked around the complex, I'm not sure what they were doing.
Parking was fine most of the time, maintenance and management as well, the price was good, but if you do decide to move here, watch out for your neighbors.
