HUGE roaches and dark parking lot These apartments are awful . Yes they are close to school....that is the only positive I will say. There is trash everywhere, the staff is rude and the entire property is dark. There were huge tree roaches about two inches long that would get into my apartment.

they have really fixed it up !!! i have been here for 5 years and it used to be bad here dirty unsafe and now since dec they have done soooo much ! the grounds are clean its quiet and safe . lisa the manager has worked harder than any one ever has to make it a good community. we have a playground

HORRIBLE DONT MOVE HERE this was by far the worst apartments i ever lived in. the landlord and management are rude foreigners. They come into your apartment whenever they want with no notice. The maintenance cant speak english and are prompt to fix things, but they break again a week later.

Managers SECTION 8 HOUSING The Managers are rude and discriminatory. They profile and don't care about tenants or adhere to apartment needs. These are also section 8 apartments so, possibly this is why they don't care.
