Yoyu can move in but not out. - To start most of the nieghbors are quite nice. The apartments are very dated and not well maintained. Their lease agreement is very trapping. You have to give notice by the end of the month for it to go into affect the following nmonth, if not you have to stay another month or at least pay for another month. HORRIBLE - The management company of Grandville routinely neglects everything from mowing the lawn to such serious repairs as getting hot water to their residents.
