| 06/12/2012 | I lived here for a year. Pros: It is cheap and I liked the maintenance guy Cons: Bad area. My car was stolen from my parking spot here. Old apartment = terrible insulation. My apartment was always freezing in winter but my electricity bill was literally 2-3x more than what I'm paying now in my brand-new, MUCH nicer and bigger apartment.
