Good and bad - I LOVE the complex and I NEVER have any problems. My only complaints are maintenence and rent rates. I've lived at Montclair Parc for almost 2 years. When I signed my first lease my rent was at $675. When I renewed my lease last year, my rent went up to $709. I've been told that when my lease is up this March my rent will go up to $745!
