The parking was very small and far away from my apartment. The excess water from the rain always flooded the stairs to the parking lot. My car got broken in, as well as my roommate's, one week after we moved in. One guest is the limit for the swimming pool. A/C and plumbing gave out quite often and maintenance took too long. Roaches were EVERYWHERE. My new furniture got infested with bed bugs. Cabinets would not close correctly due to excessive painting. Last, but not least, after my lease was up, I deployed to Iraq immediately. Linda charged me another month's rent plus the late fee because I did not give her a written 30 day notice. According to the ARMY Soldiers and Sailors Act, I am excused. When I got home, we argued over that for 2 weeks. I refused the payment and informed my Judge Advocate Officer. She refused to talk to him.

All in all, just don't get suckered in to Linda's --------. She may seem very hospitable at first, but she lied to me about all of my concerns and became very difficult to deal with. FYI, you will never get your deposit money back from this place.
