I was told by the lady and i got confirmed multiple times about terminating the lease. My wife was also there.The Lady confirmed that one month notice and a letter from Employer about relocation to another city is required to terminate the lease. It was a lie.
Now she is saying ,one month notice and one month termination fee is required. I did mistake as i didnt ask her to mention the same in the lease agreement Document.
