While the neighborhood leaves a little to be desired, the apartment complex is great. For starters, you only have next door neighbors, since all the apartments are on the ground floor. When I first moved in, the maintenance crew didn't know what they were doing. Now under new management, the maintenance crew is fantastic. If I call in a workorder, it is completed the following day, unless it is an emergency. If it is an emergency, they are there within minutes.

Nice and quiet complex.
