No requirements to get into this place.. They will approve anyone. Just bring some money. Parking is pathetic. Maintence people are drunks. Leave letters on doors saying they are going to spray for bugs, or clean chimneys, or replace filters.. --------!!! I have to have it done myself. All the damn ghetto folks and loud ass cars, never qiuet.
