We've lived in our apartment for about a year and a half now. The management is horrible, bad business skills, they don't treat you as they should. It took them almost two months to fix the minor problems that we had, one being air conditioning, we kept getting excuses from both maintenance and management. As many others have commented the parking is truly horrible. If you get there at the right time you will get one close to where you live but on nights or days when you are out later than usual, have fun finding somewhere. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood i will give it that. All in all though, you can get more for your money's worth. Especially since they are talking about raising the rent this year.

I totally agree with 'Anonymous'. When I asked the mngmt to fix a problem .It took the manager a month to finally send someone. When I approached the manager became so rude and told me that they had more important things to do and your time will come..I had no other option than to wait for a miracle!

Your pinkputi whatever that is,is everywhere dishing this manager ! jealous huh ! She is a good manager and a caring manager and we will still love her when pinkputi is long gone ! bye bye puti !
