If you have a maintenance problem,expect a month or so until they'll send someone. THIS IS THE WORST MANAGEMENT I'VE EVER SEEN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!YOU'LL SEE 2 PEOPLE WORKING AT THE OFFICE..DOING WHAT'''!!! rent is too high comparing to the service..and girls, becareful at the gate at the night time...the cool dudes from the neighborhood will be waiting to bum some money from you!!!

I don't know what your talking about everytime I have had a maintenance request it is always taken care of. As for the management they have always been understanding with me even when i was late on rent. I disagree completely

Hey! Its too obvious that you are working for this apartment complex. So you can blabber all you want but that does'nt change the reality and the truth about this place.

Hey, I can tell you, I live here and have for 2 years and I DO NOT work here. The management is fantastic, but it has changed since you lived here apparently. I have not had much problem with maintenance fixing emergency stuff, but sometimes they are a little slow on minor problems. And as for the front gate issue, I have come in at all times of the night and day and I have never had anyone approach me, so I have no idea what you are talking about there. In my opinion, this is a great place to live and I would recommend it to any of my family or friends.

I disagree with Anonymous, I paid fine because I was late with rent one month.And I had problems at the gate too and to one of my girl friend as well.You definitely won't have any idea untill it happens. OVERALL it's not a bad place to live comparing to the sorrounding places. But, management still suck...

Come on now, I along with many other residents LOVE OUR MANAGER ! The only thing that sucks are you rude people's comments !
