This is the best deal in OKC! You get a great apartment for a great price! There is a new owner and management company and they have made great improvements. The pools are both working and the staff is taking care of the residents. The negative comments don't apply anymore! See for yourself!

I also disagree. Thank god i signed a 6mth lease...capital assests suck as a managment company and the office staff including the manager is rude and could care less about your needs as a tenant.
