I current live at the complex and is happily moving away. The new managment company capital assests isn't the best managment company to live under. Thankfully my lease expires in july because I can't take anymore rude attitudes and gestures from the office staff including the manager herself. I wouldn't recommend living in those apartments. Yea the outside has new paint and the yard is cut, but its the inside you should be worried about: such as mold in the bath rooms, trash over flowing the trash cans...you know things like that.
